Solarae is a compact, multi-level development positioned along Jalan Raya Kuta, designed to maximise a constrained urban site through efficient planning, product segmentation, and multiple income pathways.
The concept integrates two apartment buildings positioned at the rear of the site, designed for individual sale with private road access; a street-facing commercial, office, and short-stay component; and centralised access and circulation via a small gang.
The development approach allows for early-stage capital recovery through off-plan or completed apartment sales, retention or flexible use of the front commercial and short-stay component, and a balance between immediate returns and longer-term income potential.
